This policy explains what Chimney Sweep Bros does with your information. It is written to be read, not to be impenetrable. If anything here is unclear, call us on (708) 432-3430 or email info@chimneysweepbros.com.
Who we are: Chimney Sweep Bros, 15864 LaGrange Rd, Orland Park, IL 60462. Our website address is https://chimneysweepbros.com.
What we collect, and why
- When you fill in a form on this site we collect the name, phone number, email address (if you give one) and the details of the job you describe. We use it for one purpose: to contact you about the work you asked us about.
- When you sign up to our newsletter we collect your email address, and we use it to send you the emails you signed up for.
- When you call us we may keep a note of your name, number, address and the work discussed, so we have a record of the job.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information. Not to marketers, not to lead brokers, not to anyone.
- We do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.
- We do not send you marketing you did not ask for. Filling in a service request form does not add you to our newsletter.
Cookies
This site uses cookies only where they are needed for the site to work — for example, remembering whether you have chosen light or dark mode, and remembering that you have dismissed the cookie notice so it does not reappear on every page.
If we add analytics or advertising cookies in future, we will ask for your consent before setting them, and this policy will be updated to say exactly what they are. You can delete cookies at any time through your browser settings.
Who else can see your data
- Our website host stores the site and any form submissions sent through it.
- Our email provider handles the messages we send and receive.
- Nobody else, unless we are legally required to disclose something.
How long we keep it
We keep job records for as long as we need them to service and stand behind the work, and to meet our legal and tax obligations. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Form submissions that never turn into a job are deleted once they are clearly no longer relevant.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter with one click from any email we send. To make any of these requests, email info@chimneysweepbros.com or call (708) 432-3430.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page. Substantive changes will be reflected in the date below.
