What is the most useful email you send?
The one before the burning season starts. Every autumn, the whole area calls at once, and the people who booked before that rush are the ones who get an appointment when they want it.
Will you email me to sell me repairs?
No. We are not going to email you a warning about a problem you have not got. If we find something wrong with your chimney, we will tell you at the appointment, with photographs.
Can I get the emails without giving my phone number?
Yes. All the newsletter needs is an email address.
